Each age group will rotate daily to each station*:

Station 1: Offense focus

Station 2: Defense focus

Station 3: Foot Skills, Speed & Agility

*Each station adjusts training specifically for age groups! (2012-2013 Advanced, 2014-2015, Development, 2016-2018 Foundation)

TRAIN -> APPLY ->PERFORM

Day 1. 60 minutes of focused training on each discipline at each station

Day 2. Building day – 60 minutes of focused training that builds off of Day 1 lessons; again each discipline at each station

Day 3. Small sided scrimmages where players get to apply what they’ve learned in days prior under the guidance of our OFS coaches
