What is “S3” training? 

S3 training isn’t your typical speed & agility training!!!

S3 incorporates speed/agility and strength training (body weight only) with a ball at the player’s feet. S3 training will not only increase the player’s explosiveness and power but also incorporate the agility that they need to take their foot skills to the next level! S3 training will also aid in injury prevention.
